HSIIDC IMT KHARKHODA LATEST NEWS

The government acquired 3220 acres of land for the development of Industrial Model Township (IMT) at Kharkhoda having industrial, residential, commercial, institutional areas etc.

IMT Kharkhoda was planned in the year 2013. In the year 2013, total 3217.19 land was acquired. As per the layout plan of IMT Kharkhoda, a total of 2528 industrial plots have been created, out of which 1083 plots have been ALLOTED. Most of the plots have been ALLOTED to Maruti Suzuki India Pvt.

Whose site HSIIDC wants to change, so far a total of 676 acres of land was planned, in which 414 industrial plots, price 11 thousand per meter, HSIIDC has established a total of 414 plots in 5 categories in the Footwear Park zone in Kharkhoda IMT.

  1. 9 plots of 8100 square meters in the first category.
  2. 5 plots of 7875 square meters in the second category.
  3. 50 plots of 4050 meters in the third category.
  4. 160 plots of 1800 meters in the fourth category.
  5.  190 industrial plots of 1012.50 meters have been earmarked in the fifth category.


In which in total 5 categories and industrial plots of different sizes have been built in 403.44 acres of land. 12.21 acres of land is earmarked for commercial use, 57.24 acres of land is earmarked for industrial use, in which 7 acres of plots have public buildings, 8 acres of hospital and dispensary, 42 acres of educational use.






24 acres of land has also been set aside for public use, in which police station, fire station, 220 KVA electricity sub-station, and other public use are earmarked.
